If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we encourage you to review our refund policy. Please read and understand this policy before making any payments.

General Policy

Enso Web Labs operates as a professional service provider and expects clients to acknowledge our policies. Our objective is to deliver maximum value for the money invested by our clients. To maintain smooth operations and cover expenses, timely payments are required for the services provided.

BY ENGAGING ENSO WEB LABS FOR SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ADHERE TO OUR POLICIES.

Design & Web Development

Design and development projects require significant resources, time, and internal expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, all payments made will be retained by Enso Web Labs. Additional charges may apply for any work completed beyond what was already paid for.

Branding, UI/UX Design, SEO, and Digital Marketing

Payments made for branding, web design, UI/UX, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and digital marketing services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, no exceptions will be granted.

Setup Fees

Setup fees are applied to initial costs incurred during the setup phase of design, development, or marketing services and are non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated by the client, services may be suspended, and completed work may be reversed without notice. Additional fees for chargebacks will be charged to the client. Any outstanding balance resulting from chargebacks must be cleared before resuming services.

Website Hosting

All hosting payments, including past dues, are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are provisioned upon order, and resource allocation depends on the plan purchased. Clients who open hosting accounts but do not utilize them are still required to make payments. Hosting fees are charged continuously until written cancellation is received.

Account Suspension

Accounts with hosting payments overdue by 15 days are subject to suspension. If hosting is paid annually and canceled before expiration, refunds will be issued only for unused months.

Enso Web Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, services, or contracts if terms and policies are violated. Refunds will not be provided for terminations due to policy breaches.
